Who I Work With


I work with a variety of clients. If your goals are to lose weight, increase metabolism, lose body fat, gain muscle, gain strength, competition prep, hormone balance, or gut healing, I can help you. Whether you are looking to achieve one or several of these things, I personalize your plan specific to your goals. In-person or Online Coaching is available. I have great success with local, national and international clients that I coach. Where you live is not important, your health and wellness is.

 
 

The Process


In person and/or online services are individualized to a clients’ specific goals. An initial detailed intake process is first performed in order to determine the right programming, nutrition, training, and supplementation. For more information and detail on services please contact me.

1A Full Lifting Program
This will be anywhere from 3-6 days depending on your goals.
2Nutrition Plan
Menu/menus with specific sources and exact amounts so you know exactly what you are supposed to be eating broken down by each meal.
3Cardio Plan
How much cardio, duration, target heart rates.
4Supplement Recommendations
Supplement recommendations-Based on goals specific supplements will be recommended to you.
5Hormone / Lab Assessments
If needed, I am able to recommend and read specific lab work and results. This could/would enable optimal results with balancing the body.

1Package Description
This plan is very similar to the nutrition coaching program but the supplementation and hormone/lab assessments are more specific and geared towards clients coming in with specific issues and looking to correct these issues first and foremost.
