1. You must dedicate yourself to making lifestyle changes in order to achieve your goals. Are you willing to do this? This means adequate sleep, lowering stress and engagements, taking more breaks, not being busy 24/7

2. Are you willing and able to eat between 4-6 times a day? This depends on starting point and goals. It is very important to regulate blood sugar levels, stress, metabolism, digestion

3. Are you willing take the supplements that are recommended to you so you can achieve your outlined goals and/or heal? Supplement routines vary and some may to be added in along the coaching process or as deemed neccessary based on your lab work

4. Are you willing to commit to send weekly check ins EVERY week on the designated check in dates? Consistent feedback and monitoring is cruicial to mapping your system, allowing us to "connect the dots" in order to make neccessary changes over time.

5. Are you at the point where you are ready to dive in and commit 100% to your program?This includes diet, lifestyle, and workouts

6. What kind of student are you? If B or C student, can you be an A student? This means compliance is HIGH and check ins are weekly, following the plan as written with the directions as given.

7. I understand that this is not a program where my menus will be different every day. Sources will be set for me and change every so often based on progress. There will be variety in the diet but variety will come from variation in how I choose to prepare the meals that are given.

8. I understand that there may be a time period in the beginning where we have to rewire the metabolism in order to be able to get the change needed. Sometimes this means increasing food intake and bringing stress down for a bit so the body can later respond to a deficit.

9. I have a basic understanding of the weight room and ability to use a gym or have enough at home equipment.

10. I agree to answer questions in a timely manner for proper assessments
