Mineral/Heavy Metal Imbalances CAUSE Hormone Imbalances-Real life example

For those that aren't familiar, an HTMA test is an actual hair sample taken from the scalp. It is the most accurate way to assess mineral status and heavy metals that are ACTUALLY getting absorbed into the tissues and what is being utilized by the body. Blood analysis for minerals and heavy metals may not actually be absorbing. Mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicities affect our cells. Cells cannot carry out their function and then carry over into hormone imbalances. Hormones can also drive our body to utilize and absorb minerals differently. This is the co existing relationship they have with each other. It's important to look at the hormones AND the nutrients in our body in order to bring it into full balance for this very reason. Many symptoms and hormone imbalances start as deficiencies and toxicities in the body. Over time, it will either suppress or activate glands in our body that are in charge of our hormone production. This is how we can tell a lot about someone's metabolic health, along with some of the symptoms they are having. Many of these imbalances, toxicities, and dysfunction will carry over into major imbalances and gut dysbiosis as well. Our system requires optimization and when we aren't optimized, our systems start to compensate. Compensating for too long causes disease and these imbalances.
