This plan is for those people who need more accountability with their nutrition. You have no known issues internally and can respond to nutrition plans but want more structure, accountability, and discipline. This is a goal oriented plan of either gaining muscle or losing body fat. You must have a basic understanding of the gym to complete workouts on your own.
