I understand the following: Getting the right labs drawn and a clear picture of what your system is doing is the hardest part of starting to heal your system. With Hormonal consulting, we first run labs to see what is going on. This is a full 5 page report that looks at your metabolic as well as hormonal profiles. We do not run any panels for the gut, however most gut issues stem from hormonal imbalances and thyroid issues. If you have gut issues, we use that as a part of putting together the pieces and address them in the healing process.
I agree to the lab scheduling terms as follows: If you are a female, Spectrum Wellness will schedule your labs based on your cycle. If you are post menopause or pre-menopause, have irregular cycles, or on birth control, please specify ahead of time so we can plan on how/when to do labs. Men, we will schedule labs at the soonest available date. Labs take about 1 week to come back. Labs are $275 and you will pay them the day of the blood draw in MN or at the time you order the labs if you are out of state If I would like to get your labs done at your doctor or somewhere else, Spectrum Wellness will send you a list but I must know I can get them all run and be able to send them to Spectrum Wellness in a document when I get them back.
I understand that payment for the labs is due directly to the lab the day of the blood draw if I am in MN at the clinic, or due at the time of calling to schedule if out of state or going to a different location.
I agree to the lab review terms as follows: After labs come back it will take 48 hours to look over them and review. At that point Spectrum Wellness will reach out to schedule a phone consultation to review lab work.
I understand that I have other options as follows:After the initial consult, if you would like to sign on board for coaching to have an actual set plan to monitor your supplements weekly, nutrition plan, etc, then we will get you signed up for your coaching process. Fees on a separate sheet and can be talked about in the initial phone consult upon review of labs. If you know you want to become a client and don’t feel like you need a full initial consult in order to see what’s going on first, we can get the labs done and I will write your initial plan around the labs that come back. This wouldn’t include a phone consult to go over the labs with you though, it would just be a brief explanation in an email of what I see.
