This IgG food explorer tests the immunoglobulin antibody response to 250 different foods (see image above). Elevated antibody levels can create whole body inflammation and stress. This leads to a variety of other issues.

This test will give you the level of immune response for each individual food so you understand the exact immune response and how sensitive you are to each item.

Removing high immune and/or limiting/eliminating medium response items can reduce stress on the immune system in the body, lower inflammation, and help the gut to heal.

More Info:

Eliminating triggering and immune response foods is half the battle. Typically, having an immune response with foods is a sign of leaky gut and deeper GI dysbiosis. A great add on test to the IgG Food Exploror sensitivity test is the GI-MAP stool DNA analyis test. The GI-MAP assesses over over 20 pathogens, 50 commensal bacteria, viruses, candida/yeast, markers for inflammation, and immune function in your gut. At the point of leaky gut, there can be several inflammatory markers in the GI tract off, along with pathogens that can cause a number of symptoms. Each one needing to be addressed and treated in a different way. It is a great addition to any food sensitivity test to bring healing to the next level and potentially even get rid of the allergens.
