What You'll Get
This is the plan of all plans. The more I am able to dive into with your body and have control over, the better the outcome. From being able to structure your training to doing all of your lab work and developing your entire plan around it, this plan really enables me to look at all systems of your body to the greatest extent.
Weekly check ins with this plan become easier as I know every detail of what you are doing aside from the deviations stated in your check ins. Healing and balancing your body is no easy task, so taking out any guess work on my end allows me to assess your body that much better.
